Below are the guaranteed response times for requests   for service:


Mission Critical Request: 

Loss of entire system,   complete trunk group, operator console, or   voicemail. Allied provides a two (2) to four (4)   hour emergency response time for this type of   request.     


Priority Service Request: 

Loss of single port card,  single trunks or voicemail Ports. Service will   be performed within one (1) business day.     


Standard Service  Request:

Service Request will be performed within three (3) business days.     


Remote Service Request:

Remote programming will be performed within one (1) business day
